This Privacy Policy describes how Sanovit LLC ("SanoVit", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit sano-vit.com, shop in the store, subscribe to our communications, or contact us (together, the "Services"). Information we collect

Information you give us directly: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, payment information (processed by our payment providers; we do not store your full card number), your account and subscription details, communication preferences, and the content of your messages when you write to us or complete a form, including the form for health professionals. If you mention information about your health in a message or form, we treat it as sensitive information: we use it only to respond to your inquiry or handle your request, and we do not use it for advertising purposes.

Usage information: device type, browser, IP address, approximate location, pages visited, products viewed, and how you interact with the store, collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

Information from third parties: providers such as Shopify (store platform and payment processing), payment processors, carriers, the subscription platform, marketing and analytics tools, and partner sales channels such as Shop or AI shopping assistants when you buy through them.

How we use your information

• To provide the Services: process payments, prepare and ship orders, manage subscriptions, returns, and exchanges, and administer your account.
• To communicate with you: confirmations, shipping notices, customer service, and replies to your inquiries.
• For marketing: send you email or text message communications about products, wellness systems, and promotions when you have given us your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in each email or by replying STOP to a text message.
• For security and fraud prevention, and to comply with legal obligations.

Who we share your information with

• Providers that help us operate the store: Shopify and its payment services, payment processors, carriers (for example USPS or DHL), the subscription platform (Recharge), email and text messaging tools, analytics and reporting tools, and the affiliate and influencer program (Refersion).
• Advertising platforms (Meta and Google): their pixels on the store receive data about your browsing and purchases to measure our ads and show you SanoVit ads on their platforms.
• Professional advisors, authorities, and third parties when required by law, to protect our rights, or in the context of a corporate transaction.

We do not sell your personal information: no one pays us for it. Under some U.S. state laws, the use of advertising pixels may be considered "sharing" information for targeted advertising. Affiliate and influencer program

If you arrive at the store through an affiliate's or influencer's link or discount code, we record that referral to attribute the sale. The affiliate does not receive your personal information, only aggregate statistics on the sales associated with their code.

Minors' data

The Services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

Security and retention

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, although no system is completely secure. We keep your information while you have an account with us and for as long as necessary to meet our legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
