1. Acceptance

Sanovit LLC ("SanoVit", "we", "us") operates the online store sano-vit.com. By visiting the store, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked on this page (shipping, refunds and returns, and privacy). If you do not agree, do not use the store.

2. Use of the Store

You must be of legal age in your place of residence to purchase from the store. You agree to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information, not to use the store for illegal or unauthorized purposes, not to interfere with its operation, and not to attempt to access data or systems that are not yours to access. We may refuse service to anyone, at any time, when there is a reasonable cause.

3. Products and Supplements

We sell nutritional supplements and personal care products from our own brand and from partner brands. The information we publish about products, wellness systems, and routines is educational and general in nature. It is not medical advice and does not replace the guidance of a health professional. Consult your doctor before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have a medical condition. Keep products out of the reach of children.

These statements have not been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

We do our best to accurately show the images, descriptions, and ingredients of each product. Packaging may vary depending on the manufacturer's batch. In case of any difference, the information on the label of the product you receive prevails.

4. Prices, Availability, and Errors

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities per order or per customer, to discontinue products, to correct errors in price, description, or availability, and to refuse or cancel orders, even after they have been confirmed, with a full refund when applicable.

5. Orders and Payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send you the shipping confirmation. If you buy through the Shop app or an AI shopping assistant, the order is considered placed and authorized by you in the same way as if you had placed it directly in the store. Payments are processed through secure providers; we do not store your full card number. By placing an order, you authorize the charge of the total shown at checkout, including shipping and taxes when applicable.

6. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

Some products are offered with a subscription. By choosing a subscription, you authorize SanoVit to make recurring charges to the payment method you provided, at the frequency and price shown at purchase, until you cancel. For prepaid plans, the full charge for the plan is made at purchase and deliveries are made according to the plan's schedule. You will receive an email before each renewal. You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription from your account at any time before the renewal date; changes made after that date apply to the next cycle. Subscription discounts apply only while the subscription is active.

7. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

These are governed by the Shipping Policy and the Refund and Return Policy published in this store, which form part of these terms.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential, and for all activity that occurs in your account. Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use.

9. Discounts, Codes, and Promotions

Discount codes and promotions are subject to the conditions stated in each case, cannot be combined unless otherwise indicated, have no cash value, and we may modify or withdraw them at any time. Codes associated with influencers or affiliates are used under these same conditions.

10. Sales to Professionals and Wholesalers

Sales to health professionals, pharmacies, stores, and other wholesale buyers are governed by separate agreements. These terms apply to consumer purchases in the online store.

11. Intellectual Property

The content of the store (text, images, videos, logos, trademarks, designs, and educational materials) is the property of Sanovit LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without written authorization. Third-party trademarks, such as BIOptimizers, MK Supplements, and MotherFoCare, belong to their respective owners.

12. Third-Party Links and Content

The store may link to third-party sites, including sanovituniversity.com and manufacturers' sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

13. Reviews and User-Submitted Content

If you send us comments, reviews, photos, or other content, you authorize us to use, edit, and publish it without any obligation to compensate you, always respecting your privacy. Do not post content that is illegal, offensive, false, or that infringes the rights of third parties. We may edit or decline to publish reviews that include claims of diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing diseases, to remain consistent with section 3 of these terms.

14. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly stated in these terms and to the extent permitted by law, the store and the products are provided as is, without additional warranties. Sanovit LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the store or the products, or for use of the products in a manner other than that indicated on their label. In any case, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product or order in question. This limitation does not apply to bodily injury, death, or damages caused by SanoVit's gross negligence or willful misconduct, or to rights that the law grants to consumers and that cannot be waived by contract.

15. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless Sanovit LLC, its officers, employees, and suppliers from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the store.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and, where applicable, by the federal laws of the United States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of San Juan, Puerto Rico, without prejudice to the rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your place of residence.

17. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These terms, together with the linked policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and SanoVit regarding the use of the store.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is the one published on this page, with its update date. Your use of the store after a change means you accept it.
